A 50m pool, leisure pool, a modern gym with a dedicated group fitness studio, kids swimming lessons and junior sporting clinics, social sporting competitions, crèche and café are all located inside HBF Arena.
Baby classes
Parent and baby swimming classes: 6 months – 3 years
Classes will introduce your baby to the water in a gentle, safe and encouraging way. Parent participation is required for this class. You will be in the pool with your baby assisting them as they establish their enjoyment and confidence.
Swimming
Swimming lessons, from babies and toddlers to teenagers and beyond, our safe, fun and supportive environment is perfect for swimmers of all stages. With a focus on flexibility, our low class ratios ensure maximum learning.

Are you on the hunt for an exciting opportunity to boost your kids’ Basketball, Soccer or Netball skills? Look no further!
Welcome to our Junior Sporting Clinics, all happening at HBF Arena in Joondalup. These sessions are like a treasure hunt for young athletes, where they discover the secrets of the game and enhance their solo and team abilities within a supportive and fun environment. Our clinics focus on a different skill each week, from solo skills to game simulation. Your kids will work on passing the ball, defence, offence, footwork and all the rules of the game.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player looking to fine tune their skills – our clinics cater for everyone. Team sports are a great way for kids to boost their social skills, team spirit and engage in friendly competition.

Tween & Teen Classes
Teen Fit Gym Membership: Want to train as a family in a safe, fun environment? Teen Fit Membership gives 12 – 15 year olds managed access to our health and fitness services and a head start to establishing a healthy, active routine for life.
Classes for parents
Group Fitness: With over 100 group fitness classes on the timetable, you’re sure to find one that suits your interests and fitness level. HBF Arena’s timetable includes the highly popular Les Mills programs, Mind and Body classes cardio classes, and a variety of Aqua classes.
Social Sports: While competitions can be competitive, social sport is all about the fun of sharing a stress-free environment hanging out with friends or meeting new ones, sharing a laugh and keeping fit at the same time. HBF Arena runs Mixed Netball, Ladies Netball, Futsal and Soccer competitions.
