A mindful and respectful four-week program that provides parents/carers with an opportunity to reflect on their parenting approach.
Topics include:
- Understanding children’s brain development and its impact on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
- Exploring the origins of your parenting approach and enhancing your impact
- Understanding your child’s behaviour and addressing their underlying feelings and needs
- Ways to thrive during your parenting journey.
Ideal for parents/carers of children aged 2-10.
Crèche available: Carnaby’s Club at the Cockburn ARC.
